SoFlaJo White Sensation

Today I have to show you SoFlaJo's White Sensation from her Matte Love collection! I honestly can not tell you how much I love this white shimmery polish... did I mention it's a MATTE POLISH!!! How does one come up with the idea to make a matte white shimmery polish!! It's pure genius!! Enough just LOOK!!!

I look at this and I think snow flurries on the window or fairy dust! I just can go on forever how I love this polish! It's a 2 coater, this is 2 coats! This is now on my favorite polishes for 2013 and we just started!!

Emani's Park Avenue

Hi Dolls, so recently I won a giveaway at Pammy Blogs Beauty a Emani's Park Avenue make-up kit, which I was completely surprised about because I completely forgot I entered like I do with most giveaways. But here is what I won...

It's a vegan friendly product, free of Talc, gluten, and parabens. It includes a vegan contour brush, Base transformer for lips and 3 pure mineral eye shadows.

I was completely amazed by this kits, the brush is so soft and the eye shadows are so pigmented I honestly don't know what I was expecting but this blew me away. Park Avenue comes in 3 different shades....

First up is Java, Java which is well a java metallic color that has the perfect shimmer.

Next is Parfait Dust, which has to be my favorite because it's pink with a gold shimmer.

Lastly, we have White Gold which is a beautiful pearly white.

I just love how well they shimmer and how they look on the skin...

 

Now it also came with a Powder to Cream Transformer, which you can use to make your eyeshadows into lipsticks which is perfect for Parfait Dust. Here's what they look like with the Powder to Cream Transformer...

You can see the golden shimmer in Parfait Dust so much better! Here's a swatch on my eye and I'm giving you warning my make-up skills are a work in progress, but I'll get there.

Yes I finally did it!! We got ourselves a makeover from Brea at Utterly Chaotic and I couldn't be more happy with it! I honestly don't know how she does it, because I have to be one of the most scatter brained people out there and she managed to create what I was imagining in my jumbled world. She is a charm to work with and she does everything is a professional and quick manner so trust me you will not be disappointed! Milani's Fresh Teal

So I must be going through a teal/blue phase and well throw in some hot pink because that seems to be all the colors I'm grabbing for when I start to paint my nails and today is no exception. Today's nails are graced with the beautiful Milani's Fresh Teal from their Neon collection and it's simple beautiful, it actually can be a dupe for OPI's Fly(but without the staining!!).

I used 2 thin coats and it dries fairly fast compared to regular polishes. What I found interesting is that Milani used opaque bottles and that the bottle isn't the same color as the polish is on the nail but it's still beautiful and I will be using this color alot.

 So over the weekend I descovered this beauty when I was working on a nail design I saw off of pinterest. I now have a love hate relationship with pinterest you find something you love or what to try and the link is never to the original site, so you go around and around to find the link and you just end up without the original or without the recipe for the amazing looking brownies....

Anyways for here is the what I re-created and added my own twist to...

China Glaze's Hanging in the Balance

So this little Mrs. has been MIA. Have you ever gone through one of those phases where you didn't know what you were doing anymore? I did so I had to take a step back and actually ask myself, Jessica what is it you want to do? So you know what?! This little Mrs. is enrolling in nail school and if you've been keeping track of my Instagram you'll notice I have been going nail art crazy. So I'm happy to say I am back and I've really missed blogging and talking polish with you guys.

 So I have alot to show you guys.... ALOT, but one day at a time. So today I want to continue with my love for the China Glazes Cirque du Soleil: Worlds Away Limited Collection, I finally got my hands on Hanging in the Balance! I simply love this blue it's stunning!

This went on like a dream! I used 2 coats and I'm amazed how glossy it is even without a top coat!! I know, I know you should always use a top coat, especially if you want a long lasting mani, but I'm not finished yet... Here it comes the nail art!!

I kept thinking how amazing this color would be with gold and I was itching to use the Cheeky studs I got and I love them so much!! This design rocked and I loved all the love it got on instagram I was floored because this was a design I just went with and I enjoyed doing it. So what do you think of this color and design?

Painting in the New Year Day 5: Confetti

Ahh today is the last day of the challenge and it's all about the Confetti!!

I've decided to use a gift I received from Maria at Diamond In Rouge from a Holiday gift swap we did together!

I don't really know the brand it says Etude House and it's called Christmas Miracle nails. I love all the glitter and I love it even more that it's from Singapore, so for me it's extra special. I know glitter isn't confetti but it screams throw me like confetti! So check out what all the others gals are throwing in the air!!

Painting in the New Year Day 4: Drinks

Hi dolls well today is all about the sippy sippy, bubbly bubbly.

So since I'm not much of a drinker anymore(2 drinks is my limit) I decided to stick with the bubbly and a sparkly design.

I used Zoya's Blaze and Le Chat's nail art paint with the help of Mash's nail dotters for some bubbles. I love Blaze it has to be one of my top Zoya polishes!!

Painting in the New Year Day 3: NYE Outfit

Now it's all about the outfit and go figure I didn't take a picture of my outfit because I only went out and played bingo with my mom and aunt, but I did match my nails to my aunts clutch(which of course I didn't take a picture of either because  I may have stuffed myself silly with all the amazing desserts and food they had and they even had champagne, I now love bingo). So here are my nails...
