Gradient Nail Art Tutorial: Using Zoya's Nyssa and Veronica

Hello Darlings! Today I wanted to do a quick and simple nail art for you using Zoya's Nyssa and Veronica from the Entice collection I did a review on. So here's the look...

I have been itching to do a gradient nail for a while now and I've been craving chocolate after all these amazing chocolate colors coming out so this couldn't have come at a better time. This mani was inspired by chocolate and berries, can we say Ben and Jerry's That's my Jam Core ice cream to be honest.

So for this I used Zoya's Nyssa and Veronica(I knew I had to give Veronica another shot and she made me proud) and to apply I used a triangle makeup sponge.
I applied Nyssa then Veronica then Nyssa again to blend the too better on the sponge.
Then I dabbed, like I was applying eyeshadow onto my eyelid except I'm dabbing polish onto the edge of my nail. Don't be worried if it looks like a hot mess, you'll be amazed what a little clean up and top coat will do.
Dab until you're happy with the blend and the color at the edge of the nail. Then clean up and apply your favorite top coat.
And because I couldn't leave well enough alone I added some polka dots.
So what do you think about these gradient nail art looks? Gradient is such a simple nail art look to nail down with a little practice and great colors you can have a rocking look in little to no time. What are your favorite color combos when doing gradient? Let me know.

Now excuse me while I go indulge my sweet tooth...

*These polishes were sent for review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

  2. Great minds think alike! I'm wearing a gradient with Claire and Ryan from the same collection. Gradients of all kinds will always be my favorite nail art. They are almost impossible to mess up they always look impressive even though they are actually pretty darn easy. Great photos and beautiful color combination that looks spectacular on you!
